Everything you need to know before your appointment.

  • Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded together instead of secured with a traditional clasp. The weld is quick, painless, and creates a seamless piece designed for everyday wear.

  • Not at all! The weld is completed on the tiny jump ring that connects your jewelry - not on your skin. We use protective materials throughout the process, and most clients are surprised by how quick and easy it is.

  • Yes. If needed, your jewelry can be removed with a pair of wire cutters at the welded jump ring. We recommend saving your chain if you’d like it re-welded in the future.

  • While permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, accidents can happen. If your chain breaks at the weld due to normal wear, we’re happy to re-weld it. Chains damaged by excessive force, snagging, or loss may require repair or replacement.

  • Absolutely! Your jewelry is made to be lived in. We recommend rinsing it after exposure to chlorine, salt water, lotions or harsh chemicals to help keep it looking its best.

  • No. Permanent jewelry is made from the same precious metals as traditional jewelry and can be worn through airport security without issue.

  • Some medical procedures, including MRIs, may require jewelry to be removed. If you’re scheduled for an MRI or another procedure, please check with your healthcare provider beforehand.

  • Most appointments take between 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of pieces and any charms or customizations you choose.

  • Yes! If your chain needs to be reattached, we’re happy to help. Re-weld services can be booked separately if needed.

  • Yes! We happily offer permanent jewelry for children ages 8+ with a parent or guardian present.
